Welcome to my slice of paradise. What can be more relaxing than swimming in the huge pool, lounging on the deck, and soaking up the gorgeous Spanish weather?

Then later, sitting on the vast terrace with a glass of wine or Tinwood, watching the world go by, maybe enjoying some Spanish ham, cheese and freshly baked bread.
​
I relax, unwind, and recharge when I am in Spain at the apartment!

3 x Double Bedrooms. The master has a ensuite shower room. Access to the terrace via sliding doors

The apartment also has many other items including, Toaster, Ironing board and iron, Hairdryer, Bottle opener!, Kitchen pans, knives, utensils and cutlery. Clothes horse for the terrace, extra blankets & pillows, Books and some board games
Location - Las Colinas
The apartment is located on the prestigious Las Colinas golf and country club where there are many communities surrounding the club.Number 41 on the 1st floor is situated within an area called Hinojo 2. The club house is a 15 minute walk or 5 minutes in the car. There is a small supermarket near the clubhouse which has fresh bread daily, chilled wine and sun cream!

There are also 3 restaurants located at the clubhouse.

Check In & Check Out
Check in is very flexible and can be arranged to accommodate most arrival times into Alicante. Keys will be given you before you leave the UK which are also labelled for the various doors.
​
There is also a car parking space marked "41" in the underground car park. It is easier on arrival to enter the apartment block with the key for the groundfloor gate and then door. Up in the lift to the ground floor and enter the apartment with the main key.
​
You can then pick up the garage fob that controls the automated garage door, park your car and take your luggage upstairs in the lift.
​
