  • How far is the the apartment from the airport
    The airport is approximately 45 minutes away.
  • Are there tolls on the route?
    Yes there is, there are a few, they are all contactless so you can use your phone or card
  • Do you have any equipment for babies, toddlers
    Yes we do, there is a pop up cot with mattress (no bedding) and a high chair that straps to the dining chairs.
  • Are there towels supplied?
    Yes, we have towels for both showering and hands as well as towels for the swimming pool. Please supply your own towels for the beach.
  • Is there aircon?
    Yes, aircon in every room, this is controlled by the wall controller by the front door
  • What appliances does the kitchen have?
    The kitchen is fully fitted with a fan oven, hob and extractor, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer and a large fridge freezer.
  • Where is the nearest shop?
    There is a small supermarket on site next the club house, it is very good, fresh bread daily and chilled wine!
  • Are we allowed in the main club house at Las Colinas
    Yes of course, owners and guests are very welcome. There is a spa, three restaurants, pizza take away and best of all you will receive a 10% discount! Check out the website below
  • Where is the nearest beach?
    La Zenia beach is wonderful and only a 15 minute drive away. Directions are below from the apartment
  • How does the checkout work?
    We politely ask for the following, 1, All use towels in one bathroom 2, All beds (used) stripped and linen placed in one room 3, Fridge is emptied of ALL food and Drink 4, Dishwasher is emptied 5, Bins are emptied and taken out 6, Blinds are all down 7, Aircon is set to 21oc Thank you
  • Where is the nearest Beach Club?
    WOW Beach club is 15 minutes drive away and is owned by the Las Colinas Group... Free parking, great vibe, stunning location and a really cool place to hang out!
